At Helya, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your Helya account and associated personal information at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email to admin@helya.ai from your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

For verification purposes, include the following details in your email:

Registered Email Address

Registered Phone Number

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion of your account and personal data within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Important Information

Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Transaction and payment records

Data required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or security purposes

Non-identifiable, aggregated analytics data used to improve our services

After Your Account Is Deleted

You will permanently lose access to your Helya account.

All associated services and personal data will be removed, except for data retained as described above.

This action cannot be reversed.
